FAQ's 

 

How many students are permitted in each class?

Armstrong Yoga currently offer a reduced class size. 10 students will be permitted to register for a class to allow for sufficient social distancing. 

 

Do I have to pre register for classes? 

Armstrong Yoga will accept registered students to all classes.  Students must cancel their class registration if they are not able to attend. We ask that you cancel no later than 5 hours before class to allow other students to register. Be respectful please.

 

Do you accept drop-ins? 

Armstrong Yoga asks that all students register for each class. Student drop-ins may be accepted if space is available. Visit the full schedule on our Book a Class webpage in the menu. If the class is full a Waitlist button will appear in place of the Sign Up button.

 

What are the in-studio COVID-19 procedures? 

Students must be fully vaccinated and provide proof of vaccination at the studio during their first studio visit. Students must answer the screening questions. Armstrong Yoga provides a current COVID-19 Requirements page to identify our safety protocols and required screening questions. See the COVID-19 Requirements button at the top of the Armstrong Yoga website.You will need to bring a yoga mat and a water bottle or whatever you need to enjoy your yoga session.

Students will need to bring a yoga mat and a water bottle or any items you need to enjoy your yoga session. Keep it simple.

 

Are showers available at the studio?

A shower is available to all students.

 

How often should I practice yoga to produce strength and flexibility improvements?

Armstrong Yoga believes in a daily yoga practice. However, this is not necessarily achievable for everyone. Practice 2-3 times per week to achieve improvements and positive results. Once your strength and flexibility capabilities increase you may want to increase your class attendance.

 

Can I attend a yoga class if I am not flexible?

Absolutely! Come to any of our classes offered. There are always modifications given throughout the class to provide accessibility to all. If you have more specific question please contact us so that we can assist you and answer your questions.
