Holly has a background in dance and competitive swimming which set the stage for her love of yoga. The unity of movement and breath are her foundations for a strong yoga journey. She was first introduced to a yoga practice while working as an environmentalist in Alberta in 2011. She has explored multiple yoga studios and styles over the years. Holly is truly captivated by the peaceful strength that comes with a regular yoga practice. It reminds her that in each and every one of us we have a passionate and fearless self.
